With an expanding market, and increased competition Stylerunner needed to get a practical understanding of their customers, their attitudes, and behaviors towards activewear, and the market in order to tailor their marketing communications.
To achieve this, Stylerunner commissioned Murmur to design and execute some research methodology to understand how different audience segments behave and perceive the industry, as well as their motivations, triggers, and barriers to purchasing activewear.
How we did it
Murmur created a research methodology to target 1,000 Activewear Prospects & Stylerunner Customers using a quantifiable online hosted survey. We promoted the survey with Email Campaigns, Website Display and Social support, and upon completion, our audience would receive an Offer Code for purchase of Stylerunner product.
After obtaining all the results from over 2,000 respondents, we analysed and interpreted the data identifying key trends and movements between audiences, and within our 40 page report delivered some enlightening methods, messaging and ways to market Stylerunner to their audiences.
