Bathurst celebrates all that is creative, vibrant and unique to the region during the annual Winter Festival.

The Challenge

Bathurst Regional Council required a Marketing Agency to raise Awareness of the Bathurst Winter Festival, to grow the event Year on Year, and drive attendance and visitation to the Central West of NSW through Search Engine Optimisation, Production of Video & Still Content, developing Brand Partnerships and engaging audiences via Competitions.

Our Solution

Our early part of the Campaign delivered strong impressions to drive Brand Awareness, allowing us to retarget audiences in the latter half of the campaign to drive a high number of clicks.

Our advertising was predominantly delivered via Facebook, with supporting media through Instagram, and Website Conversions continued to increase through the campaign as we increased our optimisation

We also partnered with Emirates One & Only to deliver a once in a lifetime experience and social competition to drive engagement from festival attendees to increase word of mouth and continue to raise awareness.

  • Delivered over 659,000 Impressions across a 6-week period at a Cost p/Impression 58% lower than Target

  • Reduced Cost p/Click on Digital Advertising by 75% below Target

  • Increase Ticket Sales to the Event by 7% Year on Year
