Digital Marketing Specialist

Murmur, a vibrant, full-service marketing agency with a string of recent award wins is hunting for a proficient, motivated, and energetic Digital Marketing
Specialist to help us sustain and grow our clients increasing marketing investments.

Overview

Reporting to the Senior Media Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be the main contact to plan and manage all media campaigns for their client patch across digital channels including, but not limited to, SEM, Paid Social, Display and Shopping.

The successful candidate is responsible for planning, implementing and managing digital media channels for their client patch including, but not limited to:

        • SEM (PPC),
        • Paid Social, and
        • Display Advertising.

You will work with the Senior Media Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional results, ensure client objectives are being met, and maintain a healthy client relationship.

Digital Marketing Strategy

        • Leading our client’s online presence across website content, SEO / SEM, Social, Shopping, & Email Marketing.
        • Plan, build and deliver digital advertising campaigns for our clients on Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, & Programmatic Display.

Performance Media Execution

        • Using our proven methodologies, 3rd party reporting tools, and marketing automation platforms, you will ensure your strategies come to life and grow the client’s business through digital channels.
        • You will demonstrate and be able to effectively use data and analytics to understand performance and continually optimise campaigns, & channels with a focus on ROI.
        • You will deliver insights for improvements to client campaigns, website, landing pages, creative, key channels and marketing.

Reporting

        • Generate regular campaign reports with action-oriented insight.

Skills & Expertise:

        • 1 or more years of similar experience in a digital marketing or agency role
        • Proven experience &/or certification with Google Ads (Most Important), Google Analytics, Paid Social (e.g. Facebook Business Manager), and Google Display.

Other Skills & Expertise

        • Strong communications skills and previous experience communicating with clients
        • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects;
        • Ability to compile and analyse performance data and metrics to inform decision-making & ongoing marketing activities
        • Be familiar with marketing methods and best-practices
        • Proven ability to interpret a client brief and provide a detailed, data driven response in the form of a media proposal or media plan.
        • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
